- Same-day in Akron, Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Tallmadge, and Fairlawn for most calls placed before 1pm. Outlying parts of Summit County (Hudson, Green, Mogadore) are typically next-day. Call and we'll tell you straight.
- What's the service call cost?
- $89 flat for the diagnostic visit anywhere in Summit County. If you book the repair with us, the $89 is credited toward the repair so you only pay it once. No charge if we look at it and tell you it isn't worth fixing.
- Do you stock common parts on the truck?
- The frequent ones — heating elements, drain pumps, door switches, igniters, start relays, water inlet valves. About 70% of repairs are done on the first visit. Anything brand-specific (Sub-Zero, Viking, GE Cafe boards) gets ordered and we come back.
